  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
  5. Delays
    Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs, logistics delays, or high demand periods. Kiyace is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers.
  6. Incorrect Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kiyace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  7. Lost or Stolen Packages
    If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first. Kiyace will assist where possible but is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
