RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
   You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Non Returnable Items
   Certain items cannot be returned, including used products, personalized items, and items damaged after delivery.
3. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
